Tom’s Market has been the anchor of beautiful downtown Yellow Springs, OH since 2001 when longtime employee and Manager, Tom Gray bought the store from previous owner Bud Weaver.  And ‘longtime’ is no exaggeration.  Tom started working at the market when he was just 16 years old bagging groceries and stocking shelves.  He went on to work in and manage all the various departments until eventually being promoted to Store Manager.  When the opportunity to become the new owner presented itself, it was the natural next step, so Tom and his wife Evelyn purchased the store and began making it their own.  One of the things that has never changed is the commitment to going above and beyond to service the needs of the community.

At Tom’s Market, we value the local community and strive to utilize local product sources whenever they are available.  We are active in supporting many local charity organizations and find ways to give back to the community whenever possible.  We look forward to continuing to provide the freshest produce and meat products available and the very best selection of cheeses and other deli favorites for miles around.
